Where we have done this before
We worked with an industrial, asset-heavy organisation preparing to launch a set of major improvement programmes. Manufacturing performance had started to decline, with reliability under pressure and knock-on impacts to cost and product quality. While the strategic ambition was clear, the organisation lacked a coherent way to translate it into day-to-day execution.
We translated strategic ambition into a practical operating model and execution architecture. This clarified priorities, accountabilities and decision paths before delivery began. We supported a complex programme (Global pharma S/4 Deployment) involving multiple strategic suppliers, regulatory constraints and distributed teams.
In this environment, strong governance design and focused assurance had to become enablers of delivery, not administrative overhead.
We designed governance around how delivery needed to work and clarified accountability, aligned decision forums to delivery risk, put clear escalation routes in place so issues were dealt with early, not parked. Assurance focused on delivery trajectory and decision quality, not box-ticking.
